Terms of Service

By using imgico.com you agree to these terms and to our Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What imgico is

imgico.com operated as imgi.co until August 2026; these terms cover the service under both names. imgico is a tool for hosting and comparing images. You upload images, we store them, and we give you a link and an embed you can share. Parts of the service are free and parts may require a paid plan.

Accounts

You can use imgico without an account, or create one to manage your uploads across devices. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. You must provide a valid email and agree to these terms to register. You must be old enough to consent to this service in your country.

Acceptable use

You must own or have permission to use the images you upload, and you must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: nothing illegal, no content that sexualises minors, no adult or sexual content, no malware, no infringement, and no private information about others. We may remove any content or link, and suspend or block access, at our discretion.

Moderation and scanning

To keep the service lawful, uploads may be scanned for illegal content, and we may remove content, ban IP addresses, and report illegal material and related records to the authorities. We log IP addresses for abuse prevention as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your content

You keep ownership of your images. You grant us the permission needed to store, process, and serve them so the service can work, including creating compressed copies for display. Unless you mark an upload private, anyone with a link can view the images on that link, so do not upload anything you need to keep private.

Payments

imgico is free. There is no paid tier and nothing on the site charges money. The service was previously offered with an optional Pro subscription processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record; questions about a historical purchase are covered by our refund policy.

No warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that links last forever or that the service is always available, error free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, imgico.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or content, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account and content. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
